Common Tender Questions
Does Bauly participate in government panel arrangements?
Yes. We respond to local, state and federal government panel tenders and standing offer arrangements for AdBlue, AUS 40 and bulk diesel. We can provide all required documentation including insurance certificates, ISO certifications and financial references.
What is the minimum volume for a supply contract?
Bauly is best suited to organisations consuming 5,000 litres or more annually. Bulk tanker delivery starts from 5,000 litres per delivery. There is no minimum for IBC or drum supply, though volume-based pricing applies.
Can you supply multiple sites under one contract?
Yes. We routinely supply multi-site contracts with deliveries across multiple states. Each site receives scheduled delivery from its nearest Bauly depot. We provide consolidated invoicing or per-site invoicing depending on your preference.
How quickly can you respond to a tender?
We acknowledge all tender invitations within one business day. Full tender responses can typically be prepared within 3–5 business days depending on complexity. For urgent tenders, contact us directly at adblue@bauly.com.au.
Are you able to provide on-site bulk storage solutions?
In some cases, yes. For large-volume contracted customers we can discuss bulk storage tank options as part of the supply arrangement. Please include your site infrastructure details in your tender invitation.
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
We don't provide quotes over the phone. All tender responses and pricing are provided in writing via email to ensure accuracy and a clear audit trail for your procurement records.
