Supplier Partnerships
We Market.
You Supply.
Let's Grow Together.
Bauly Chemicals markets and sells chemical products to businesses across Australia — and we're expanding well beyond AdBlue and diesel. We handle the customer relationships, enquiries and orders. You supply the product from your warehouse, via your transport or ours. No depot fees, no stock transfer. Just a clean sales partnership built on mutual growth.
The Opportunity
Your Products. Our Customers. Australia-Wide.
Bauly Chemicals has built strong customer relationships across Australia’s most product-hungry industries — mining, transport, agriculture, civil construction and government. We receive enquiries and orders from businesses that need reliable, consistent supply of chemical products at commercial volumes.
Our model is straightforward: we market your products nationally, take orders from customers, then place those orders with you directly. Fulfilment is handled by you, a third-party transport provider, or the customer collects from your location — whatever works best for the product and the order.
You keep your warehouse. You keep control of your stock. We bring you the customers and handle the front-end sales relationship. It’s a low-friction way to extend your market reach without the overhead of building your own national sales operation.

What We Bring
What Bauly Offers Supplier Partners
We're not a warehouse operator and we don't buy your stock upfront. What we offer is something different — a dedicated national sales channel that brings your products to buyers you'd otherwise have to find yourself.
National Sales & Marketing
We actively market your products to commercial buyers across all Australian states and territories. Your products get in front of procurement teams in mining, transport, agriculture, civil and government — without you having to build that reach yourself.
Order Management
We handle the customer-facing side — enquiries, quoting, order placement and communication. When an order is confirmed, we pass it to you clearly with all delivery or collection details.
Flexible Fulfilment
You fulfil from your own warehouse via your transport, a third-party logistics provider, or the customer collects directly. We work around what suits you and the product — there's no single prescribed method.
No Stock Transfer Required
You keep ownership and control of your inventory. We don't ask you to send stock to us or hold consignment product. Your warehouse, your stock — we just bring the orders.
Established Buyer Relationships
Our existing customer base spans industries that buy chemical products at commercial volume on a repeat basis — the kind of buyers that are costly to acquire and take time to earn trust with.
Long-Term Partnership Focus
We're building a portfolio of quality chemical products to market sustainably over time. We're not looking for one-off transactions — we want supplier relationships that grow with both businesses.

Partner Criteria
What Makes a Good Supplier Partner
We want to be upfront about the kinds of suppliers we’re best positioned to work with. This helps both sides decide quickly whether to move forward.
Likely a strong fit if you:
- Manufacture or produce chemical products in Australia
- Have the warehouse capacity to hold and dispatch your own stock
- Can fulfil orders via your own transport, a 3PL, or customer collection
- Sell or want to sell to industrial, agricultural, mining or government buyers
- Hold current Australian regulatory approvals and SDS documentation
- Can supply product consistently to support ongoing customer orders
- Want broader national sales reach without building your own sales team
May not be the right fit if you:
- Don't have your own warehousing or fulfilment capability
- Primarily supply direct-to-consumer or retail markets
- Cannot fulfil orders reliably or at consistent quality across different regions
Not sure if you’re a fit? Reach out anyway — we’d rather have a brief conversation than have you second-guess yourself.

Common Questions
Supplier FAQ
Does Bauly only work with Australian manufacturers?
Our primary focus is Australian manufacturers and producers who hold their own stock and can fulfil orders nationally. If you're based overseas but have a strong product and Australian warehouse capability, you're welcome to reach out — we'll assess on a case-by-case basis.
What chemical categories are you prioritising?
We're keeping our scope deliberately broad. Industrial, agricultural, water treatment, cleaning and speciality chemicals are all of interest. If your product has a clear commercial application in the Australian B2B market, we want to hear about it.
Do you work with small or emerging producers?
Yes, provided the product quality is there and you can fulfil orders reliably. We're as interested in building relationships with emerging producers as we are with established ones — we'd rather grow together from an early stage.
Does Bauly hold or warehouse my stock?
No. You retain full ownership and control of your inventory in your own warehouse. We don't ask you to send stock to us or hold consignment product on your behalf. Our role is marketing, sales and order management — not warehousing.
How long does the onboarding process take?
It depends on the product and how quickly both sides can agree on commercial terms. A straightforward supplier agreement can typically be progressed within 4–8 weeks from initial contact. We aim to move efficiently so you're selling sooner.
How does the order fulfilment process work?
Once we receive and confirm an order from a customer, we place it with you directly. You then arrange delivery via your own transport, a third-party logistics provider, or the customer collects from your warehouse. We coordinate the details — you handle the physical fulfilment from your end.
