Self-Pickup Option
Prefer to collect? We issue a Pickup Docket with the warehouse address, contact person, and agreed pickup time. Present the docket to collect your drums directly from the warehouse.

Bulk AdBlue — Tanker Delivery

Delivery Method
Delivered directly into your storage tank via tanker. Suitable for transport depots, mining sites, agricultural facilities, construction sites, and fuel retailers with AdBlue bulk storage infrastructure.

Minimum Order
5,000 litres per delivery. Due to the logistics cost of tanker dispatch, a minimum order quantity of 5,000L applies. Volume pricing available for regular scheduled deliveries.

All wholesale and bulk orders follow a simple four-step process. The same process applies to AdBlue pallets, drums, IBCs, bulk tanker, and AUS 40 IBC orders.
Enquire & Quote
Submit your requirements via the relevant product enquiry page or email adblue@bauly.com.au. Include your product, quantity, delivery address, and preferred timing. We respond promptly with a competitive delivered price.
Confirm Order
Accept the quote and confirm your order by email. For delivery orders, Bauly obtains a freight quote from our trusted transport partner and provides this to you for approval before finalising.
Pay Invoice
Payment is made on receipt of Bauly Chemicals' Tax Invoice. Credit account terms are available for approved wholesale and regular customers. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
Receive Delivery
Your AdBlue or AUS 40 is delivered to your nominated address by our trusted transport partners, or collected from your nearest state warehouse using your Pickup Docket.

⏱️ Delivery Lead Times
While we dispatch within 1–2 business days, end-to-end delivery times vary significantly by location and carrier. Interstate freight to remote areas can take longer than metro deliveries. We recommend placing your order early to avoid operational disruption. Contact us for an estimated lead time to your specific location.
🚚 Third-Party Transport
Bauly Chemicals uses trusted third-party transport carriers for freight delivery. While we select reliable partners and make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, transit times are subject to carrier scheduling and distance. We appreciate your patience and are happy to follow up on delayed deliveries on your behalf.
🏭 Pickup Docket Process
For self-pickup orders, a Pickup Docket is issued by Bauly Chemicals after payment is confirmed. The docket includes the warehouse address, the contact person at the warehouse, and the agreed pickup time. The docket must be presented at the warehouse to release your order. Please do not attend the warehouse without a docket — it will not be possible to release stock without one.
🔄 Wholesale & Distributor Customers
Wholesale and distributor customers may arrange delivery via Bauly’s transport partners or use their own transport services. Both options are supported. If you use your own carrier, Bauly will issue a Pickup Docket for your driver to collect from the warehouse. For standing order arrangements or credit account terms, please contact our sales team directly.
